RACK RATES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Tariffs are per room per night including full Breakfast & 14% VAT.
Minimum stay during festive season – 3 nights (22/12 – 3/01).
Children 10+ years welcome.
Maximum 2 persons per room.
PREPAYMENT
Tax Invoices are issued Nett of Commission for payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Agent credit card payments are accepted with commission adjustment.
We reserve the right to amend prepayment terms for large group bookings.
CANCELLATIONS/EARLY DEPARTURES
Cancellations/Amendments must be requested in writing:
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date 50% of the deposit would be forfeited.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival the full deposit would be forfeited.
Early departure or No-show 100% of the reserved value will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to amend cancellation terms for large group bookings.
RESERVATIONS
On receipt of payment, reservations are automatically confirmed.
Provisional bookings not confirmed within 14 days will be cancelled
Booking requests indicate acceptance of the above conditions. |
